Get Your State License

Check your state for local licensing requirements. As of 2014 - the State of Michigan requires all massage therapists to be licensed. Click here for specific requirements. Once you have completed all educational requirements, you may begin the process for your Sof MI - LMT license application.

After sending in your State License application and money to the state, you may apply for the required State of MI Massage Board License Exam (MBLEX). Documentation Requests

HEC is also happy to provide additional official transcript copies and copies/originals of your Diploma. Please fill out this form: HEC Transcript/Diploma Request Form, and we will return the required documents via USPS. Costs for these are as follows:

• $10ea. Official Transcript (Seal Embossed) copy or copy of Diploma
• $20ea. Original Diploma Reproduction
