We take pride in offering comprehensive wellness options. Our massage therapy and other wellness options cover... 

 

  • Well-being/relaxation - For ideal outcomes weekly or every other week, with a minimum recommendation of at least once monthly, a 60- or 90-minute massage is recommended 
  • Stress management – Weekly or every other week minimum, a 90-minute session is recommended for anxiety and breathing dysfunction, while a 60-minute session can work well for the maintenance of ongoing symptoms 
  • Pain management – We recommend every other week or weekly, with a 30-minute session for local focus, a 60-minute session for maintenance of symptoms and a 90-minute session for managing chronic issues 
  • Functional mobility – We recommend every other week or weekly, with a 30-minute session for local focus, a 60-minute session for maintenance of symptoms and a 90-minute session for managing chronic issues 
  • Lymphatic circulation support – As needed, or weekly if managing chronic lymphedema
